What is the process for a new painting project?
Follow the simple steps below
- Get a free estimate: to book a spot in our schedule, we require a 25% deposit and authorization to work on your home.
- Within 2 weeks of reserving a spot, our production manager will call to discuss colors, the potential start date, and any pre-job details.
- 2–4 weeks before the start date, we apply test patches to confirm your color selection and provide any HOA approval items you need.
- The week leading up to the job, we’ll keep you updated on the estimated start date and any weather-related adjustments.
- Before starting, we power wash exterior surfaces so paint adheres cleanly.
- During the job, we’ll confirm our daily start time and provide quick progress updates so questions get answered right away.
- At completion, we walk the property with you for touch-ups before final payment. We welcome feedback, referrals, or reference letters about your experience.
