The Process
Follow these simple steps:
Get a free estimate: Book your spot, 25% deposit, and authorization to do the work on your home or business.
Within 2 weeks of booking your spot, you will get a call from our project manager to talk about colors and potential start dates. This is where you can address any concerns and questions.
2-4 weeks before the start date, test patches will be done to ensure that you are satisfied with your color selection. We will provide anything you will need for approval from a Home Owners Association (HOA).
1 week before the job, expect phone calls to keep you updated on the estimated start date and any unexpected changes due to weather or unforeseen delays in our work schedule.
Before starting the job, we will power wash the house for exteriors.
During the job, we will let you know the time you can expect us to start work each day. We will update you daily with the progress of the job and any concerns so we can address them immediately.
When we complete the job, we’ll take you around the house to do any last touch-ups before final payment.
